Last Friday I was fortunate enough to take a joy ride on the Goodyear blimp! I accompanied a good friend and fellow photographer Will Wong for a fun day of shooting. Here are some of my favorite images of capturing Los Angeles from a different perspective.

Project Ethos

Project Ethos is an organization that promotes upcoming youth in fashion, music and art in Hollywood, under one roof, on one night. Jody Domingue began working with the organization on their fourth project in March 2007 and is now the Director of Photography for Ethos. Domingue covers the entire event from the concert, to the fashion show, to the red carpet. Photos can be seen at http://www.projectethos.com

2008 Winner for Best Band promo for Independent Music Awards

Winner of the 8^th Annual Independent Music Awards in the Design Category for Artist/Band Publicity Photo for 33 Degree. The photo shoot took place in Jody Domingue Studios. This award is voted on by a panel of judges and was announced January 2009. Fun Fact: Jody ran against her favorite photographer PR Brown.

Sexy Hair

Sexy Hair’s Tru Vixen DVD campaign is set to release in early 2009. Materials shot for Tru Vixen include the cover and instructional stills, which is sold to Sexy Hair stylists world-wide. Sexy Hair’s Tru Vixen campaign is also using photos for their marketing materials. She also updated their staff photos for the educational team.

Jody Domingue Studios also shot Sexy Hair’s annual sales and educational event including ‘A Decade of Hair-MOR Rocks’ gala, which took place in January 2009, at Level 3 nightclub in Hollywood.
